There is an error in the LGEO version of 4285.dat lg_4285.inc has only 6 web divisions, instead of the 8 that occur in the true LEGO part. (...) No, moving the hose segments to parts/s/ would NOT prevent the shrinkage problem. It doesn't matter whether a part is located in PARTS or PARTS/S, it is still considered as a part. Also here is an optimised 4-4disc which uses seven quads to replace 16 triangles which results in 14 triangles if split up. This is the case with flexible axles (created form primitives), they have to be created as part, then imported as new part in LeoCad library... (...) (...) This sounds like a good idea to me, except for one thing: the 0 LDRAW_ORG lines are generated at release-time by the release script. Looking at some of the files generated using the new curve generator LDDesignPad plugin by Orion (as well as files generated by the EMacs macro it is based on), I noticed a problem when displaying with LDView (which might also effect L3P output). No confusion needed, just sloppy work of the L.factory. I own about 25 of these plates, both the ones with full print on grey plate, and the ones with just Island print (yellow+green) on blue plate. Okay, great confusion here. . . When assembling the two larger (6265 and 6260) of my four Pirate sets, I was suprised to see that TLC had used the same pattern on two 16x16 baseplates, but placed it differently. I know the "wide corridor" concept is not endorsed by classic-space.com, but I like the idea, so I added some lines to show how the wider corridors fit in relation to the baseplate. I designed a colorized version of the 48x48 baseplate, to help people when they are designing moonbase-modules. (...) Messing around with ldraw I set the part color to 24 instead of 16, and got the colors to invert. Try something like: 1 24 0 0 0 1 0 0 0 1 0 0 0 1 4-4edge.dat Though I'm not sure how well most renderers handle parts that use color 24. (I think (...)
