Chris, I've posted this idea in the past also, but just haven't had the time or the "fire under my a@@" to do it. But I think it would be a great idea, there are a lot of great designs floating around here in LUGNET and putting them into one (...) (23 years ago, 10-Dec-01, to lugnet.trains)

I have repaired mine some time ago, and the tips from my side is: Do notice that it requies a 3 wire control! 2 wires aren't just enough! My problem were the toothwheels, note that you set them just right! One coil was broken, I had to loose a few (...) (23 years ago, 10-Dec-01, to lugnet.trains)

Does anyone have any tips for repair of blue 12v remote points? I got an auction lot recently with 5 points, but most aren't working well. I downloaded the 10000 series dat files and a few parts are missing from my Lcad program. I ran the recent complete parts file and installed it. The parts still do not show up. I can't take full credit for it. I actually got the idea from another clubs website, but I forget wich one. Right now the inside isn't finished, but I plan on doing some type of retro 20's, art deco interior, as soon as I get some black and white (...) I would imagine that there would be some sort of discounted price for |exhibitors and I agree with Paul on the chaperone issue, it has to be put in |there so that parents won't drop off their kids and leave. I believe there were 5 RCX's on the layout, 4 of them controlled 4 crossing gates using some of Chris Phillips home brew "Reed Switches" (basically Reed Switches are used to detect the Magnetic couplers on the (...) NELUG showed their layout at the Greenberg Show in Wilmington MA, on December 1st and 2nd. Of course it was a blast but what you all care about is pictures so here they are.
