I appreciate the input provided by Jon, Ben, and Frank.  All of their input
has been helpful.  After reading their responses and reviewing the older
LEGO literature and brochures I have, I have learned about several different
approaches.  I would like to post some photos and scans of literature in
order to clarify some of the details and help other interested individuals.
I assume that brickshelf is the best place to do this.  Does anyone have any
comments or suggestions?

Over the past few years, I have acquired a reasonable collection of 12V train parts including a transformer, several motors, and quite a bit of track. Unfortunately, I have not had an opportunity to see any 12V trains up close. As a result, I have (...) (23 years ago, 6-Dec-01, to lugnet.trains)
