I seen one of these selling on e-bay, but was amazed how high it went for. I went for almost $100. This is a truly rare set, and I wish I had bought it when I was younger. I remember the toy store that sold it...at the local shopping mall, very (...) (24 years ago, 18-Mar-01, to lugnet.town)

I think he means he bought the Blaze Brigade for $10. I bought one for $30 - it was MISB from E-bay last year, and another one six months ago that had been missing pieces for $15. $10 isn't bad, but it is typical for sets like this. Not too bad for (...) (24 years ago, 17-Mar-01, to lugnet.town)

Re: fire stations; continuation of Lego Town

OK, Time for my 0.02 worth. I agree with Jeff and Will both. For the longest time, when the 6554 was introduced, I refused to get it because of the Town Jr situation. I guess the 6571 set spoiled me (I now own 11 copies) I ended up buying one (...) (24 years ago, 17-Mar-01, to lugnet.town)
