Well i put The Rhino together on Friday (URL) and appart from the usual blue axle pins, grey odd length axles and red 2L axles, no parts seemed to breach any standard colour rules. I have been objective to the standard part colour combinations from TLG for a few years now. This post is not a bashing of new greys or browns. Axles have always been black, so to friction pins. Hello, Try splitting the engine and lego compressor into separate circuts. That way you don't use all your pressure on each switch. I split my six pump compressor and scissor lift into 2 circuts one for each switch and it dramatically increased (...) (18 years ago, 16-Jul-06, to lugnet.technic)

The other option is to use an air tank that you fill from the neighbourhood service station compressor, or your own, and regulate the pressure with a pressure regulating valve (PRV). I bought a red micromotor from a local second hand lego shop and it wont spin even when I apply power from a battery box that quite happily powers my other electrical parts. Hello Dennis, you sure know how to pick a good spot to photograph your models. If you look at the pictures from a bit of a distance, you could definitely think that these are real trucks and not Lego models. There is nothing in the background that (...) Last weekend I started with the first photo session of all my current models. I found very a nice sport to photograph construction vehicle. It's more or less like a quarry. I want to build one of those front end loaders that articulates in the middle to steer. I know how to build the loader bucket and wheels and stuff but I am stuck with the articulated steering. Anyone got any information/tips/pic...s/whatever that (...) (18 years ago, 12-May-06, to lugnet.technic)
