I ended up with this 'red container' with a flip top from a collector we bought out, but have been unable to identify it's kit number or where it would have originally come from. Inside the red flip top case is a series of instructions for various (...) (20 years ago, 6-May-04, to lugnet.technic)

Has anyone modified a universal joint? Was your modified part successful? I find that the uni joints are too long for certain train applications. Last Saturday the Modelshow Europe was held in Geldermalsen NL. This year there were more than 360 exhibitors. About eight of them brought LEGO models with them (me included). I just had a silly, yet kind of cool idea. I'm not sure what you know about the Spybots, but if you have two Spybots, then from Spybot A, you can tell the direction, distance, and orientation of Spybot B.
