I don't know about your interpretation, but I always thought the M in MIB was Mint. Mint is a condition, not a level of completeness. The IB is for In Box, which is not the same as MISB, a Sealed Box, which implies completeness. This is an (...) (25 years ago, 31-Jan-00, to lugnet.market.auction)

Actually, I think it does help in the long run to have a picture (and the picture logo on your listing). Some bidders do actually look at only auctions with pictures. I'd say you have cause for complaint then, unless this is the FIRST time this seller has ever sold to Canada... check his feedbacks to see if you can spot anyone from CA and ask him what the deal is. Banks only charge this fee when they're feeling like patriotic morons. If the MO is drawn from an American Bank (Citicorp for example), the the routing number will be for Citicorp NY, even though it may be drawn from a Canadian branch. I've argued (...) have never had that particular problem, but did have a sittuation where I recieved a money order in USDollars, drawn on a foreign bank. my bank refused to cash it. but walked into another bank and they cashed it without a problem or a fee. This is a neat idea, it will be interesting to see if it passes muster. I hope it does. eBay TOC forbids auctions that are essentially there to promote something else. I was the winner of this auction. I fully expected the bidding to go to $ 20- 30. My bid was a tracking/hopeful one.
