Hmm. I tried to be sure to be clear but maybe I missed something. I assumed
that if you already have an X.com account, you got your free $20 already and
are welcome to use that to pay for the auction. I stated that I would only pay
shipping for bidders signing-up with my link and even quoted a price for
others.
There is also the case that if the auction goes for say $25 that the bidder
would have to send funds in addition to the $20 from X.com. I didn't know how
to deal with that in my description, so I thought I'd just hope it didn't
happen or maybe if it was close just charge them the $20 (I don't really need
over $20 for an $11 set after all) and cross that bridge if someone builds it.
I didn't clearly state that non-bidders can certainly sign-up for an account
and get the $20, but that was to intentionally avoid using language that eBay
would frown upon. Some non-bidders have already signed up though. :)
