I have no doubt that this holds true for the 'overflow' agency that LEGO
contracts with. My guess is that things are somewhat above average at S@H,
based on the product knowledge and general attitude of the operators.
ObCredentials I previously worked in a call center, and I provide support
to call centers now -- those operators are my customers.
