In lugnet.lego.direct, Scott Arthur writes:
Todd told me that Brad told him. So either Todd was fooled, Todd is a liar,
I'm a liar or you're wrong. I know which way I'm betting.

When I was a kid, I wrote a letter to Dennis the Menace. He wrote back after a
month or so with a bland letter which was both signed by him and his dog
(Gnasher). My father confirmed to me that this was the real McCoy.

So either I was fooled or a cartoon dog can sign its own name. I think I know
which.

Yup. You, as a child, were fooled, and Brad, who has talked to Todd on the
phone, posts his own stuff. To paraphrase (and let me apologise in advance if
you don't get this joke)

"Todd said it, I believe it, and that settles it!"

I tried spelling it out for you and presenting my evidence for my beliefs, but
you'd rather keep your eyes shut and believe as you did before this discussion
started, that the S@H people don't care, aren't different than random CSRs who
call you at dinnertime to sell you insurance, and that Brad J. is some
faceless guy who can't type his own messages instead of someone who calls Todd
on the phone to ask for advice.

Although it's late here in the UK and I'm easily amused, this is pretty
pointless, and it doesn't belong in lego.direct. What you believe doesn't
really matter, only what you do. So believe what you want and go ahead and be
a happy cynic who doesn't think TLC ever does much right, but be polite when
you're in this group.

That's my advice, take it or leave it.

Whatever. I'm done.
