Its great to know this, but what does it really matter? I live in Minn and

Same old basic brick offerings for 6 months.)

Jason Spears addressed this pretty well. Everything he said holds true for the
Lego Store (technically an Imagination Center, dunno if that makes a
difference) in Downtown Disney.

At least Target and Walmart, they clearance things out and you can get some
good deals. The MOA store doesnt receive any new sets faster than the local
stores. For example, Kohls just had a buy 1 get 1 half off sale, so I was
able to pickup some of the new HP sets cheaper. If the Lego stores did this
kind of thing more often than just at Christmas, then YES, lets get some
more Lego stores!

Again my only experience is LIC Downtown Disney, but they have stuff on
clearance all the time. Mostly stuff Ive already bought at full retail, alas,
but clearanced none the less. I remember buying the RC Bionicle crab things for
only $30, a third of the regular price. And I think that all old HP product has
been %50 off for months.
Just because your Lego store doesnt clearance doesnt mean that they all dont.
Just like Target / Wal-Mart.
