I was going to gripe about the new SW sets myself, but then again -- why bother?
What can they be thinking?
What are they called? Final Duel 1 & 2? Anyway, I found these at a lego
kiosk in Pleasantom, CA before Xmas -- but as I looked I could not conceive
of paying the full retail price for them when I knew they would be
discounted throughout the year and probably liquidated sometime thereafter.
The element selection was paltry and the only point to these sets seemed to
be the inclusion of a Stormtrooper minifigure in the event that you wanted
one, which I didn't. Do they honestly believe I am going to decorate even a
single room of my home with SW dioramas?
What can they be thinking?
I saw some other projected 2002 sets the other day online and thought the
same thing.

I have been saying for months and still firmly believe that for every step
forward it seems we take two steps back with TLC. They have lost the soul
of the company and even hired an outsider to *fix* the problem. The
solutions seem so simple to me. Why can't they see them as easily as do I?
