How do I setup netscape news so that when I pop it up, I can click on the the lugnet news server and all the groups will pop up. I keep adding groups but I can't get it to save them between sessions. I'm just trying to avoid jumping through the (...) (26 years ago, 8-Oct-98, to lugnet.general)

I have a question about the new Remote Control car. Does it run on one standard frequency, or is the frequency variable? First of all - the newsgroups are really groovy :) Although I'm getting a slower connection now that America has woken up - I'm getting ~100-500 bytes/sec in Scotland. As a fairly new LEGO maniac, I am wondering what the proper terminology is for windows and doors. I understand standard bricks, i.e 2x4x1 (If just 2x4, the third value is understood) but I am unsure as to door and window descriptions. It looks like (...) In my case, in 2 of the 3 BBs I have gone to, they just let me have them, and the one store had no problem with me taking 5 of one set. UPDATE. Yesterday, out of the blue, our local Bb had the 3331 "plane" and 3333 copter in stock, free, take as many as you want. So, uh, I did. Took near 20 of each, and barely dented their supply. As I was looking through Playmobil's '98 catalog I noticed their "rock system." Each rock is a rounded stone shape piece of plastic that can connect to another rock. Hi Richard this is my first post also. I got this message to try lugnet and here I am. Yea I like to build most anything with lego. Not much into technic. I like the regular bricks best.
