Truly an awesome thread. I was up til 4am last night sorting out all the pieces
I got for Christmas. I was going to ask just such a question because of seeing
row after row of figs on Pawel's page. Last night, I had my armies all set-up
on the dining room table - I counted 160 bad guys and 110 good guys, 270...not
bad. I have them put away at the moment so I couldn't give you an accurate
break down. Black Knights, Royal Knights, Fright Knights and Dragon Masters
comprise the bulk of it, with about 15 each of Wolfpack, Black Falcons and
Forestmen. I have about 20 miscellaneous generic figs that I have made into
villagers who have hired the Forestmen to train them in archery. I can't keep
them out because I have a wife and two kids - which is why I have to stay up
til 4am to work on it. BTW, I had a great Christmas, my wife found a KB that
had the 6097 for $39.99!! I don't care for the model but it's great for parts.
There's four more left, I'll be getting those soon enough. And how 'bout the
Sith Infiltrator - is that great for parts or what!!!

Here's some tips for those repeat figs: I took all my Majistos and took off the
hat and beard and gave them a helmet and a weapon - because of the money bag on
their belts I call them mercenaries. For all those annoying Bat Lords - you can
cut the bat wings off the helmet and it makes a great barbarian helmet.

(...) By no means would any attempt at an army be shamed. While watching Colorado rip through BC on ESPN, I did some reworking on my army (always under construction). Here is what I came up with. (URL) Royal Knights and 126 Fright Knights are the (...) (25 years ago, 31-Dec-99, to lugnet.castle)
