I had similar problems with DAT2DXF (never could get that to work to my satisfaction). Finally settled on 3DWin, though I also had problems similar to yours at first. Try this - do a complete uninstall/reinstall of 3DWin and make SURE you point it (...) (20 years ago, 21-May-04, to lugnet.cad, FTX)

I know it can switch you over while your program is running, but I don't know what causes it to happen other than resizing a window. You might want to query it about (...) Hi I agree its a shame about the incomplete BFC situation. Currently I use Two-Sided lighting in GLIDE you don't notice the performance hit because most of the processing effort is done by the CPU at the moment. That’s what slows it down rather than (...) (20 years ago, 19-May-04, to lugnet.cad)

One thing I've forgotten to mention in my previous replies is that it's really unfair to compare the performance of an editor (MBC) with a viewer (LDView), even if both are running on the same machine. Following the comments by James with Orion Pobursky's version of 10030 (Imperial Star Destroyer), I took a look at the file. In it's original form there was 3 problems: 1. I would have to disgree. The part is half a dome - it takes two parts to make a complete dome, therefore one part is only half of the dome. The fact that the resulting shape is not half of a circle is largely irrelevant IMHO. Even if you remove the (...) (20 years ago, 16-May-04, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)
