Hi Mike, I doubt it's the material definition you posted. It renders as a nice solid blue on mah machine. I have blown up the image and seen what you mean. It sure looks like a transparent material has been applied to it. ? (21 years ago, 4-Mar-04, to lugnet.cad.ray)

Well, after having discovered the Lugnet, Brickshelf and Peeron services I found Ldraw and have had a few hours of fun doing these Space Classic models: 885: This was my first ever Lego kit, when I was 5 years old. The 100 looks like it might be about right, but the 010 is more purple than magenta, and the 001 is clearly yellow and not amber (the nofilter flames look closer to amber). Hi, I just updated the MLCad.ini file accordingly to the latest LDraw.org parts update 2004-01. The .ini file defines the parts available in MLCad's minifigure generator. (...) You're welcome. I chose C rather than C++ because L3P is still also compiled with 1988 TurboC. L3Lab and LDrawSetup is C++, but can easily interface to a lib in C. (...) It's no problem handling the \ or /'s. We do that all the time already in our parts referencing e.g. S\3039S01.DAT, we do manage to find the subpart on unix too :-) My library reads env vars and ini files in any format and converts it to the (...) (21 years ago, 3-Mar-04, to lugnet.cad.dev)

Where to store the preferences? While I've been aware of this thread, I haven't actually been following it, so correct me if I've got the wrong end of the stick. (...) One other thing. Environment variables work too, but only serious Unixy Mac OS X people actually modify them--that is, some developers, but no one else. Normal users would even know what they are. (...) /etc would work, except it would require admin permission to install, which is something the Mac OS X community doesn't like for an installer/app that isn't a system modifying type of installer/app. Saving stuff in /etc/ will also not survive (...) I can't seem to find the Large Space Wheel (2515) in the parts tracker anywhere. It seems that someone would have done this part by now, but if not, I'd be interested in giving it a go.
