Re: First public M>ltc display at Brandon Park Model Show

(...) Don't know if I would be leaving a pile of containers in easy reach of the public. (...) Congratulations. (...) That's a pretty fancy bridge, I'm sure there is a cheaper option for a bridge of almost pontoon height. I know, I know this would (...) (21 years ago, 13-Dec-04, to lugnet.trains.org.mltc, FTX)

First public M>ltc display at Brandon Park Model Show

It's over!!! ===...=== This past weekend, (URL) the Melbourne LEGO® Train Club> did our first public train show.   Re: Discussion of Train Table Sizes

(...) [...] BayLTC has an assortment of different kinds of tables: mostly 30x60's, plus a few 30x45's, 30x30's, and 45x60's. We also have two 18x60 extenders which we bolt onto the sides of 30x60's to make 48x60 tables. Most of the tables have (...) (21 years ago, 12-Dec-04, to lugnet.trains.org)

  Re: A Very Spacey Christmas

(...) Yup. I only had one beard. Buying on Bricklink is great for getting lots of parts, but for the amount of money it takes to ship a single part, it's not really worth it. I'd buy more parts, but I know that Santa is bringing about 5 buckets, a (...) (21 years ago, 12-Dec-04, to lugnet.space)

  Re: Cycloplin: a one-man airship

(...) Awesomeness. This airship fills me with joy. Some suggestions: maybe make a thin rudder clipped onto that broom part? It doesn't desperately need one or anything, I just like rudders. Also, do you have any of those flags in green? I think (...) (21 years ago, 12-Dec-04, to lugnet.castle, FTX)

  Cycloplin: a one-man airship

Hello. I made a one-man airship. The person peddles to make the flap-dealies move, causing the whole thing to move. I used Bruce Lowells sphere. This particular cycloplin has been around for a while, so the owner, a wizard, has had to patch a few (...)   Standard LEGO RCX firmware

Re: Who Uses Original LDraw? (Was: ... Rocket Launch Pattern)

(...) Why have a replacement at all? The file format stands by itself. There's no reference complier for C code, no reference viewer for the PNG format, and no reference CAD program for the DXF format, why should there be one for the LDraw system? (...)   Re: Who Uses Original LDraw? (Was: ... Rocket Launch Pattern)

(...) IIRC, the limit was only on the size of the root directory -- but I could well be wrong. I think there are two separate, and related, questions here: Do we want to keep supporting DOS as a platform? Do we want to keep supporting LDraw 0.27? (...)   Grey zone debate wanted! (was: Lego in subdomains, legal or not?)

Well, I believe that that big grey zone is there because the people at TLC is just as uncertain on how to place the boundary as we are; not to terrorize us with having a secret boundary to sit behind anxiously waiting for the opportunity to punish (...)
