Lots to like there in a very small space. It’s like an “air vignette”!
I think my fave part is the wizard’s hat. We get so used to using the cast hat
that we all forget that there are other ways to make it! That’s pretty clever.
Are the rubber bands between the cone and the dish just decorative or do they
have to be there?
This one almost seems like (with a lot bigger balloon and a calm day, or perhaps
on a planet with lighter gravity but a denser atmosphere) it might work with no
magic needed.
