BayLTC has an assortment of different kinds of tables: mostly 30x60's, plus a
few 30x45's, 30x30's, and 45x60's.  We also have two 18x60 extenders which we
bolt onto the sides of 30x60's to make 48x60 tables.

Most of the tables have folding legs.  There used to be a Web site called
foldinglegs.com, and we bought a bunch of legs from them.  Our standard table
height is 30 inches high, except for the water tables which are 12 bricks lower.
Some of our tables lack legs, and are bolted to adjacent tables that do have
legs.

But to echo what Larry said - remember that LEGO parts are measured according to
the Metric system: that is, 8mm to a stud.  96 studs isn't 30 inches, it's 768mm
or about 30.236 inches.  Unfortunately the members of BayLUG who built most of
our tables didn't realize this, and cut them to 30" or 60" or 45" so we have to
insert "spacers" in between tables so that the baseplates don't hang off the
edges.  Don't repeat that mistake - measure it in Metric.
