Re: New MOC: deep-space exploration SHIP "Beagle"

This is just plain fantastic. The interior detail is wonderful, and has some great creative solutions. I don't mind the boxy shape so much, as it is a CS ship. The only suggestion I have is to maybe make covers to fit over the greebed-up engines. (...) (22 years ago, 2-Dec-03, to lugnet.space, FTX)

(...) bigger. I love the big ridiculous tail fins on the rear. The front end looks a bit boxy. I would suggest using some hinges and thin wall windows to make a nice large observation lounge or maybe the captain's quarters in between the sloped bits (...) (...) So that's what the unholy spawn of an ISD and one of Dan Jassim's cap ships would look like! Nicely done. I love the interior details, especially the bathrooms and the double-thick walls. The back to back windows add bulk to the hull when (...) (22 years ago, 2-Dec-03, to lugnet.space)

Wow!!! Great job keepin the Cap Ship genre alive and well! The exterior is cool, maybe a bit boxy BUT it being a Classic Space ship AND an converted freighter, that's understandable... Your interriors... MAN some of the best I've seen. The light (...) (22 years ago, 2-Dec-03, to lugnet.space, FTX)

(...) <snip> (...) I'll tell ya what I think! It's beautiful! The perfect amount of greebling--I love it lately that these ships aren't over greebled nor under greebled! Lots of nifty little details that woudln't be unexpected to see on a 'real' (...) (22 years ago, 2-Dec-03, to lugnet.space)

Re: New MOC: deep-space exploration SHIP "Beagle"

(...) Nice ship Paul. It really looks like a converted freighter and the inside stuff is well thought out. Nice engines, too. The king of greeblies sure was back in action there. If I may offer some minor criticism, though, the shape is a bit blocky (...) (22 years ago, 2-Dec-03, to lugnet.space)
