Hmmm... I must have had a slightly different method in mind than Chris. At 35
seconds to scan the board, I get 5 seconds per scanned square. Silly me.

I wish - *that* contest I might have a chance on. Someday, I'll get up there
for a rtl contest. 'course, by that time the RCX will have evolved into an
imbedded Cray, but I'll adapt.

I've explained that !!AT FIRST ATTEMPT!!! it take 35 seconds to scan the board. with 42 cells on the board that's less than a second a cell, OR just over 5 seconds to scan a row...... this still means that I have one day (...)
