Original Voltron (Lions was cool, till they computer animated it), but the
vehicle one was odd. I had the Lion toy (another import) and my friend had
the vehicle one and it was hard for us to play with as it had three modes:
1) all fifteen vehicles seperated, 2)three combo units, and 3) one big
honkin' robot. You see the problem? 2 kids and an odd number of toys. Big
ol' problem for a sub-13 year old.
Have not seen that Outlaw Star thing yet, don't have time.
Dragonball Z was cool for a while, but then I thought that they do so much
battle posturing that it takes a story months to move along.
Tenchi is just weird, and I like that.
My kids just got introduced to anime over at Blockbuster. Movie called
Kiki's Delivery Service, kinda family friendly movie about a female Harry
Potter type.
You might like it.

| (...) Transformers the cartoon was pretty cool, considering it actually had a plot, which most cartoons in this day and age seem to lack (except for like Batman and Gargoyles). All in all though when it comes to mechs nothing beats Voltron! : ) (...) (24 years ago, 7-Apr-01, to lugnet.off-topic.debate)
