I had a similar experience that I posted about under the original thread about the Wal-Mart sale. I failed to get the TIE even though I was one of the first people to order the set, in fact all my stuff came three to fours days later than everyone (...) My parents just went to Disneyland and said that they were preparing a large LEGO store at Downtown Disney (The shopping center between Disneyland and California Adventures). I seem to be experiencing the same problem (Mission Control comes up $55.90 instead of 39.90 for example). Tulsa, Ok Braved the ice to check out Target. My friend went to the Memorial and 71st store and said that they had pretty much the same as the Eastland mall store- which I checked. Stopped in at a Target (Salem, NH) over lunch and saw that they had several LEGO sets on clearance. The clearance prices were somewhere around 30% off. At my local Toys-r-Us there are 6 of the 7191 X-wing fighters in boxes that are EXTREMELY thrashed. I don't want to pay their current $112 price for sets in this condition, and am waiting for them to appear on the remaindered table. Does anyone (...) Key point for people who missed them at Walmart - the UCS Tie Fighter is $60. It doesn't show if you narrow the search to Lego in the Clearance section. It was on page 5 of the All Brands listing.
