$19.99 for 1000 pieces plus an extra 500 strapped on top. Not bad
considering that the same deal at the LEGO shops in the UK is £28.95. Do the
math, 28.95 times say 1.7 (rough conversion rate) equals $49.21.
Please correct me if I am wrong but that sounds like we are being well and
truly ripped off here in the UK, and LEGO complain that sales are down, go
figure.

| OK, someone brought this to my attention from a Bricklink post. But there is a new 4679 Creator set tub with 1000 pieces (for $19.99), with an extra 500 pieces that looks like they're emptying the rare colors bins at TLG. I just checked the hollow (...) (22 years ago, 21-Sep-04, to lugnet.general)
