Some more data points - I hit up another TRU and found tubs with three straps
and NO number stamped near the UPC. And they are AWESOME. Lots of minifig heads
and all kinds of weird parts. I’ve posted pics at

once moderated. Until then here’s a

At first I found only a single such tub in the Lego section, but looking
behind the flip-up covers above the displays revealed two more. Handily, that
gave me three sets to use for the buy two-get one free sale! Happy Hunting,
