Harris as Dumbledore would be incredible, and inspired.

My girlfriend and I agreed quite a while back that Rickman would make an
excellent Snape.  If somehow his younger self (the one who wasted his talent in
that horrid movie "Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves") could be brought forward in
time, he would truly be perfect.  He is, unfortunately, just a little old for
the part.  Otherwise, perfect.

Severus Snape went to school with Harry's Mum and Dad, therefore should be
about the same age as they would be.  He's a little old to be the father of
someone so young, IMHO, although not outrageously so.
