Presumably at some point you've ticked a box that says

Now I'm not getting too annoyed and I'm really glad that you do know
something, but reading your message is like eating fairyfloss, nice but no
substance.
Perhaps I'm reading the incomplete information bit wrong but perhaps you
might either, tell what you know, tell why you can't tell or refrain from
telling in the first place.
