lets see then, minifig versions of the big KK figures will mean the
'european' armour in green, purple, pale blue and red.
new shaped visors, existing weapons in new colours, tan classic sword,
orange broad sword, and new sword designs
new shaped shields, new horse barding prints
new helms
oh and brown burps, which are nice.
pity the set designs follow in the knights kingdom tradition of being a bit
weak
banner year for parts maybe, not for good set desgin

| (...) I actually thought the big castle has some nice touches. The use of a dark gray band under the crenellation peaks simulates shade, for instance. Plus I am very relieved to learn that the new KK is not JUST big play figures but also a minifig (...) (21 years ago, 16-Dec-03, to lugnet.castle)

| (...) First of all let me shout: "YO HO", finally after 3 years, new Castle's sets Castle's alive once more I have to agree that this is probably the worst castle ever (even worse then 6098), but as James said, new weapons, alot of new (...) (21 years ago, 16-Dec-03, to lugnet.castle, FTX)

| (...) I must have missed this announcement but wow. I thought you were talking about the bionicle knights, but those are going to kick arse! I would prefer some more traditional colored knights, but I've got them, now we can mix it up with more (...) (21 years ago, 16-Dec-03, to lugnet.castle)

| (...) Say what you want. If I was ten, I would be drooling over those sets. I almost drooling now. Yes, few bricks . . . and less than the MOC standards many people hold themselves to but I can picture many a child have more fun than most AFOLs with (...) | (...) I'm one of the many AFOLs who primarily collect rather than build. As such, I am unlikely to spend a cent on these crappy models (no offense to anyone, just my own view). Which is not altogether a bad thing, as it will leave me more to spend (...) (21 years ago, 16-Dec-03, to lugnet.castle)

| (...) Wow with so many colours, no wonder they fiddled with the greys... Appealing sets for kids, but I'm not interested. Looks like I'll just buy the S@H exclusives instead (which I already have multiples of). -Bryan (21 years ago, 16-Dec-03, to lugnet.castle)

| (...) After seeing the pictures I have to say that I am pleasantly surprised. These seem pretty nice to me, lots of nice new additions to the minifig accessories and great amounts of the new colors, not looking over done. The only set that is a bit (...) | (...) reposting the link to pic: (URL) My first impression on the castle sets is that the minifigs look cute in their new armor...so the heros are designed properly. The "villians" have a little to be desired. Another initial thought was, "Why (...) (21 years ago, 17-Dec-03, to lugnet.castle, FTX)
