I was rethinking this one and thought I might just add support for LDraw's
PAUSE meta-command. You can place it wherever you want.

For performance reasons, LPub caches the part images once they are rendered,
so we would have to break this for different background colors on PLIs and
sub-model BOMs. It would just slow things down even more. Lets go for a
week for BI renders ;^)

I had envisioned LEGO standard background colors for top-level model, first
level sub-model, second level sub-model, etc. for both construction images
and part list images (again this flies in the face of the simple image
caching scheme.) Where you provide the colors used at each level.
When you mention controls on specific sub-models, I think we're talking
about the controls being put into the LDraw files using new LPUB meta-commands.
