Sorry, that's my fault -- I had started out adding the 'Official...'
comment to some files, but then I figured I should probably wait until
*after* the voting to add/change the tag.
But 3461.dat is an old part, that accidently got overwritten in a
previous update. So it is already an official part, just not as part of
the 2000-01 update.
