here is what i think we should have under lugnet.cad:
lucnet.cad. leave as is.
lugnet.cad.dev. create new groups:
lugnet.cad.dev.parts for discussions related to parts and parts making.
lugnet.cad.dev.page for discussions related to ldraw.org (both now and into the
future)
lugnet.cad.dev.progs for discussions of software (e.gl ldao, ldlite etc)
alything else goes on lugnet.cad.dev.
lugnet.cad.dat: have
lugnet.cad.dat for MOC's
lugnet.cad.dat.sets for official TLG sets
lugnet.cad.dat.sets.alternate for alternates.
lugnet.cad.dat.scenes for large scene files.
lugnet.cad.dat.parts any and all parts regardless of statusquality etc. that
would allow someone to see all the usable parts released in case they want
something that is not official. it saves them hunting for hours.
