how accurate should the raised baseplate be? it is accurate to about 2-3 LDU in
most cases.
also i notice that the big part authors (steve bliss,chris dee, john
vanzwietsen etc) are staying out of this discussion. is there a reason for
this? what do you think for the latest attempts at the parts?

| i can understand that some of the parts i am constructing are crap. several things: 1. i am lousy at coordinate geometry especially in a 3d plane like ldraw. 2. i have no lego and the only person i know who has lego does not have most of the parts (...)
