When I vote for MOTM, I consider both the rendering and the model. However, if there are enough POV gurus out there that can submit fairly good models with superb scenes, they could possibly take all votes away from people who make incredible models (...) I tried to analyze a .lca on its binary stuff, but I gave up. It's just too complicted, and possibly compressed. It could work if TLC handed us the specifications for the file format, but why should they do that? LEGO Creator is, after all, a (...) (23 years ago, 27-May-01, to lugnet.cad)

James Jessiman was an AFOL who worked on a program for drawing lego pieces etc..and to make instructions out of them. Hi Everyone, This is my first time posting to these groups, but I am searching for a MLCAD part file for the arctic style walls that have the window in them. (...) The download worked for me. There are three zip-downloads. Each of them contains one rar subfile, except the first, which contains two. Once all the three are unzipped, you must unrar the four part archive, which leaves you with a 4,5MB (...) (23 years ago, 23-May-01, to lugnet.cad)

I've noticed that a number of older DAT files could be steamlined (that is, rendered using far fewer lines) by application of box.dat and rect.dat primitives rather than a series of linetypes 2 and 4. Is there any merit in doing this, such as (...) (23 years ago, 23-May-01, to lugnet.cad.dev)

LdGLite version 0.9.0 in now available. It now includes an LEdit emulation mode for those times when you just can't resist moving some pieces around in a model. There's no PARTS.LST lookup yet. I just use the printable parts catalog to find the part (...) (23 years ago, 23-May-01, to lugnet.cad)

Well I being working for a long time ago in a galaxy far, far away ... on a MPG that shows nearly all my LEGO SPACE "Space the final frontier these are my Lego models ..." nearly all my models 14 of them. I know the MPG is now great because of its (...) (23 years ago, 22-May-01, to lugnet.cad)

My version of COMDLG32.OCX is newer than yours (this may be your problem) My file info: Created: May 07, 1999 Size: 137KB (140,488 btyes) Also do you have Visual Studio on your PC? If so what version? Heather what version do you have? Ahui (23 years ago, 22-May-01, to lugnet.cad)

Aha, that's it. Mine is 140,288 bytes, dated May 7/99. Interestingly, it has the same date as a couple other OCX's that have Microsoft tracks, dunno where from. You can run but you can't hide... Anyway, it's on the way to you via e-mail - let us (...) (23 years ago, 22-May-01, to lugnet.cad)
