The download worked for me. There are three zip-downloads. Each of
them contains one rar subfile, except the first, which contains two.
Once all the three are unzipped, you must unrar the four part archive,
which leaves you with a 4,5MB MPEG-file. (I doubt that the RAR and
ZIP actually decreased the size of the thing.)
The video features a fairly large quadratic surface onto which some
vehicles are parked. The camera moves along all the four sides in
turn, pointing inwards, while the vehicles remain static. It's
160x120 or something close.
