- You're right about "auto-pilot" but, so's not to worry at this moment..
  I'm reading all the posts;
  Todd and I are in daily communication about LUGNET;
  he's available for coding in emergency;
  he's processing permissions;
  The bills are getting paid;
  I'm actively processing curatorships.

As a matter of interest, how much time does it take you and Todd (and/or
whoever) to do the autopilot stuff?
From what I can see the biggest regular manual labour is new users, with server
and access maintenace the next biggest (including paying bills etc.), but I
might be wrong.
New feature development seems to have stopped a while ago. This is not a
complaint, I think the forum/NNTP model makes Lugnet about the best forum
structure on the web and doesn't need fiddling with, other features can be done
by other sites, after all they are all part of the that super-application called
the internet.

As per usual I have lost the thread of what I was saying so I'll stop there!
