In the Danish catalog that is on Kevin Loch's site, there is a preview of a new theme called Action Wheels. See: (URL) there are no minifigs in this theme, but another type. Well if you use an animated gif of a flashing block, you will probably need to also have a "dead" space before the start so that the beginning of the bar code is obvious... since the animated gif's tend to just cycle.
