Well, The final set designs are sure to cause some stir among LEGO maniacs. I think that alot of people had their expectations way high for the SW sets line. I just finished adding the motor output circuit to my HB. I have built and tested the interface board. I connected the interface board to the HB to download the test code to test the HB and I keep getting the "wrong port or board mode" error. Not (...) First you need the source code for IC, the compiler, and apparently Unix since the source code requires some pre-processing and the script to do that works under Unix (which I don't have). Transmission and reception of IR data is quite different from using IR just to bounce it off obstacles to detect their presence. The card from Radio Shack will indicate whether the LED is illuminated, but it won't tell you whether it's modulated at the proper frequency. Perhaps that could be the (...)
