In 1953 TLG came out with an early slotted brick 4 page idea brochure. On page 4 of that brochure it shows a LEGO fortified structure with non-LEGO army men. (Dave Shifflett's website): (URL) was the only occurrence that I'm aware of... of LEGO (...) (17 years ago, 24-Jan-08, to lugnet.general)

I have 2 suggestions: 1.A Darth Vader bust or sculpture similar in size and price point to the darth maul bust (URL) set of 2 smallish sets that together make up the Death Star Detention Block. This is a reprint of a Bricklink thread... Starting around 1954, TLG had a mascot for LEGO boxes and catalogs, that we refer to today as the LEGO GNOME. Hello all, Our son Hillel was born on Dec. 30, 2007. In the couple of weeks before his birth, I seized on the notion of building a tiny house out of Lego.
