I think a Star Wars version of 3723 LEGO Mini-Figure (retail price $150) would be perfect. A few years ago LEGO auctioned a similar statue of Jango Fett.

I don’t think you could choose just one character who epitomizes Star Wars, so you could produce a version for each major character, or provide enough pieces in the set to let the builder choose which character they’re going to build.

LEGO could include the minifig(s) possible with the sculpture.

If they were to limit the options, would not R2D2 and C3PO be the definitive Star Wars figs? The Original trilogy was told from their perspective. Lego could release them as a pair.

I’d really still love to see something in the realm of a minifig scale Mos Eisley Cantina. That would be sweet! The Star Wars line has been so “vehicle based” that I would love to see more done with stuff like the Hoth Base, Death Star, Mos Eisley, Tatooine, etc. A Death Star that hinges open to reveal a furnished interior would be awesome. Something like this:

However, I am envisioning something that would hinge open and close.

And I can always dream for something like these...

Just some thoughts. I’d just like to see a really cool “base” or “location” set versus another vehicle or model of a character. The UCS Falcon was awesome, now we need a UCS style base.
