I have just tested your prog. It seems to me that you put for every pixel one quad. This produces an enormous amount of bytes in a file. There was already a prog that was called bmp2dat. If you could rearrange the quads that are direct beside into (...) (19 years ago, 24-Jul-07, to lugnet.cad)

FYI, just in case anyone has this problem in the future, I was able to fix it by using "Update Driver" in Device Manager while the NXT was in SAM-BA mode, and telling Windows that I would choose the driver. Robert, The US seems to have moved away from having lighter undersides on both planes and choppers (perhaps because so many missions are at night) but I've seen a number of Russian helicopters with lighter undersides. Don, The wheels or tracks effectively add 2 to 6 studs of width, so starting anything more than 8 wide is going to make for a unrealistically big tank. I've been working on a tracked robot for my FLL team to play with. I don't have any pictures, but an MLCAD model is about 99% complete.
