I can say with assurance that the firmware that shipped with my RIS 2.0 does indeed brake fully no matter what the power. Does anyone know what they were for? I remember that they used to appear in all the sets I bought in the early 90's and that I saved the instruction booklets to save the points. Well, I prefer painting myself; but several people I know swear by printable decals. I beleive they use the same waterslide decals that modelers use for cars and airplanes.
