Hi, One note of compartmentalized dorkism, I've cross-posted to lugnet.org since this is looking for thoughts on orgs. LEGO: Pleeeeaaaase bring the Maersk sets BACK ! ;) Why not remake also the promo sets as legends ??? And... what could by very cool - make some of the older town sets in Maersk colors ! From the NGLTC, here is my take on it. First I think the definition of LTCs and LUGs is pretty clear. Now that September's here, I wanted to post and let folks know about RichLUG's next train show that will be happening the last two weekend's of this month. Last year (in November) we put on our first public display as part of the annual RF&P Model (...) Hi Got a couple of questions: Would it be more "correct" to have an A-B-B-A locomotives set-up rather than A-B-A? Or did the Santa Fe train run regular with A-B-A? There are some old roman roads around, but largely only in areas where there is no heavy traffic, or ever has been - e.g. up to or inside preserved large houses, walled towns etc. What is used is the route. Interesting. So...how to deal with the new plates... Actually, I have been noticing in "real-life" how roads with pavement over a year or two old tends to be sunbleached to a light gray similar to the old style Lego plates. Only the newest of (...) (URL) have had the 7722 train set for some time and never realy used it. The motor works just fine but I wanted to run this train on the 9v track. So I started off with removing the 4.5v motor from the engine. (Luckly I have some of the red 4.5v (...) (22 years ago, 28-Aug-02, to lugnet.trains)

(...) resembles a GE 44-tonner with it's center cab. If the engine in 4564 is real, it's a european prototype. I know it never showed up in Model Railroader. Indeed, most of Lego's trains are based on European protoypes, due of course to the (...) (22 years ago, 27-Aug-02, to lugnet.trains)
