Funny thing, I got them both at our TRU here in Binghamton NY today err yesterday now :). They were switched and still had the original seals. Maybe this has come up but......Seems like TLC is cheaping out in the new Technics stuff. The 8241 Battle Cars has PLASTIC wheels that look like the standard rubber tire/plastic hub found in earlier kits (30.4x14 size). It is NOT obvious looking at (...) (25 years ago, 4-Jan-01, to lugnet.technic)

Well, sort of. You'd need to send it VLL in P mode. Difficult to do unless you have a RCX or Scout. Even if you do, I haven't figgured out how to do anything other than a straight list of instructions, no control flow or even looping, so the (...) (25 years ago, 31-Dec-00, to lugnet.technic)

If you need the amendments sheets for a particular model, I'm told by LCSA, at least, that all one has to do is to call or write with details of the amendment sheets that are required. I got an 8448 for Christmas and once finished thought..."Wow...Cool...Hey, look at this." Not soon after I found the entire driveline BROKEN!! I found this to be caused by a younger sibling turning the engine fan while the transmission was in (...) (25 years ago, 29-Dec-00, to lugnet.technic)
