Does it? a lugnet.loc.uk.foreigners would be great for people outside of
the UK who wished they lived in the UK to talk about things that happen in
the UK that they wished happened outside the UK. Alternatively it would be
great for foreigners living in the UK who wished they lived outside the UK
to talk about things that don't happen in the UK which happen outside the
UK.
Quite simple really. Then again a subgroup
Lugnet.loc.uk.foreigners.confused could be set up for people who don't
understand what's going on.
