ILYK Today is my son's 10th birthday and he's getting the 8448-- I wouldn't bet
against him, though;-)

I think TLG knows that kids are gravitating to video games and computers, period.
The bricks themselves are passe. So why invest in that area? They think they can
survive making Mindstorm stuff and CD ROMs, along with some Town Jr. crap. As Tony
said, the day of reckoning will come, however delayed by SW. As far as *I'm*
concerned, the *only* computer software I would ever need won't come from TLG, but
from James Jessiman.

| (...) But, does this come down to one simple fact: Parent involvement? John Neal actually *enjoys* Lego bricks - I can personally vouch for that!
