Where is that documented ?
Does it have parameters ?
I personally, never heard about that Meta command !
Does a regular (extended) .DAT also suport this or is just an MPD
specific meta command ?

But we don't exactly need to extent the MPD format, we can make a new
format !
With new features.
If it could be backwards compatible with MPD than it would be fine. Or
even be called an MPD extension.
