(...) If you mean 2429/2430, it's already centered! If you mean 4275/4276, you can use the method outlined in my LDraw Tutorial, using light.dat as a place-holder for the origin (0,0,0). I have been trying to acquire and use the car frame from #6390 Main Street & #6375 in LDraw. (URL) will note that it's different from the one in #6634, 6525, and other sets made after 1983. The bottom is smooth and cannot support a 2x4 plate (...) (25 years ago, 22-Jul-99, to lugnet.cad.dev)

I disagree because I know what the piece looks like. It is basically a plate with some holes in it for the wheels to pop into and with sides, about a brick high, coming from the bottom of the plate. Sounds like that would go in the Plate category to me. Adding the word train means it hasn't, currently is not, and never will be used by any other lego model except for a train. I'm not sure what the part looks like, but if it is a plate then (...) (25 years ago, 22-Jul-99, to lugnet.cad.dev)

This is for anyone who is experienced with LDLITE: I have submitted 2 door parts 2400 and 6105 to Terry for the next vote.
