I just noticed some unexpected behavior in LDView, and I wanted to ask here whether or not the behavior was right. Hi, folks. After reading some of the recent posts discussing support for unofficial parts and part directories, I decided to release this script I wrote to help manage the unofficial parts I use.   CATEGORY and KEYWORD extension ratified by the LSC
 
The LDraw Standards Committee (LSC) has ratified the CATEGORY and KEYWORD language extension. The most major change between the ratified specification and the de-facto standard is to officially move the creation of new part categories away from the (...) I'm trying to do the old find_edges renders with the current version of MacMegaPov and they aren't working. Reading through here, it sounds like the 0.7 version of the program works fine for this. I've googled up and down but can't find 0.7 (...) (17 years ago, 10-Jul-07, to lugnet.cad.dev.mac)

I'm not sure why yet, but QT on the Mac just completely wigs out when you launch LDView after creating and switching to a new preference set. So I'd say, don't (...) Of course, Bricksmith is only available on the Mac and LDView is a viewer, not an editor, but they are both excellent applications (I use them regularly). They are being actively (...) (...) Tim, I agree. At the time the article was written, MPD was a way of packing files for easy shipping. These days it is the preffered way of working with any model that has at least one sub-model. Starting and ending as MPD is much better than (...)
