I have taken the liberty of creating a very simple online interface for this
utility. You upload the two input files and click a button to download the
output. It's very similar to what I did for txt2dat.

Philo, please let me know if this is OK with you and if so whether there are any
changes you would like me to make to the web page. I did make some minor changes
to the Isecalc code to help it work with my web interface. Mainly I commented
out the status messages and permit it to print output to stdout.
I'm not sure if there are really any Isecalc users who'd rather not use the
command line, but if so, this is the version for you!
