Thank you Eric, Mladen, Larry and Mark,
I have decided to take the plunge. Since I am a newbie (but I have read the
Mech Grammar lesson
provided on the Mech Home Page) but still do not have a clear understanding of
the differences between Mech and Mecha but to my knowledge, I think I will start
with a Mech (nothing sleek or elogant but functional).
Of course, will browsing through my collection (which I have found with LEGO can
never be large enough to do what you want when you want to do it) I realized
that I do not have any turntables nor ‘Technic Gear 40 Tooth’ gears. So at this
point are you like my wife thinking that maybe I shouldn’t get into Mech? :)
Anyway, I looked on the LEGO web site and found this
accessory pack.
It appears from Mark’s newest creation that I will atleast need 4 packs? So to
even start Mech, I will need to drop $52! But as with all LEGO builders, I
can’t wait and actually realized that if I purchased 5 not only would I save 5%
but could have a rotating torso! Happy Day!.
Is there anything else, I should consider purchasing while my shopping cart it
still open?
